I realize that when I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, I tend to listen to music that makes me feel like I'm inside of a crystal. I guess this is a reminder to be gentle with myself and not fear missing out on things. Sometimes that looks like staying in on a Friday night when your friends are out riding bikes, going to shows, and running around town.
Also: more tea, reading, and journaling. Some cat snuggles wouldn't hurt either.
